Nutrition may mean: customized meal plans for weight loss, tailored recommendations for optimized athletic performance, budgeted and prepped meals for the working individual, or well-rounded and balanced meals for a busy family.

Rachael Lewis, Founder

As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Rachael developed a deep understanding of human movement and physiology.
While working as a fitness professional and personal chef, Rachael recognized a growing demand for gourmet cooking paired with quality nutrition. This insight inspired her to establish A Perfect Fit, a service dedicated to providing personalized nutrition through the art of gourmet cooking.
Rachael is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve holistic well-being and regularly shares the message of a healthy lifestyle through various platforms and engagements across the nation.
Residing in St. Louis, Missouri, Rachael shares her home with her husband and their two energetic boys. During her leisure hours, you'll often find her at the gym, lifting weights, or out on the turf, training her sons in various athletic pursuits.
Recently, Rachael has discovered a new passion: educating parents about the profound impact of nutrition on a child's development. She channels this enthusiasm into creating cooking videos featuring herself and her sons, sharing valuable insights and practical tips with fellow parents.

Chef Liz is a culinary luminary, having earned her Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Her culinary journey has taken her to the kitchens of four-star restaurants spanning Connecticut, Florida, and Illinois, where she refined her craft and earned accolades for her culinary prowess.
Additionally, Chef Liz has left her mark as a private chef and caterer in New York, serving distinguished clientele on famous estates.
Her expertise extends beyond traditional culinary realms, as she adeptly navigates various dietary needs and restrictions, including Whole 30, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and more. Collaborating closely with our dietitian, Chef Liz plays a pivotal role in crafting A Perfect Fit's monthly menus, ensuring that each dish not only tantalizes the taste buds but also aligns seamlessly with our clients' dietary preferences and goals. Her dedication to culinary excellence and commitment to personalized service make her an invaluable asset to our team.
In 2022, Chef Liz and her fiancé made the exciting decision to relocate to St. Louis, bringing along their beloved Springer Spaniel, Olive, and their sleek black cat, Frank. Since their move, Olive and Frank have quickly taken a shine to their new home city, embracing the sights, sounds, and smells of St. Louis with boundless enthusiasm.

Briana has honed her culinary skills in some of St. Louis’ most popular restaurants and food trucks, but her true passion lies in the personalized experience of being a private chef—both independently and now, in 2025, with A Perfect Fit.
A natural pleaser, she finds deep joy in creating exceptional meals for a wide range of clients, including children, individuals with food allergies or medically recommended diets (she has years of experience with gluten-free cooking both personally and professionally), athletes and fitness enthusiasts, fans of comforting down-home cooking, adventurous foodies, and lovers of fine dining.
Briana holds degrees in both Psychology and Culinary Arts and has been cooking professionally since 2012.
Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys traveling, exploring science and space, and brainstorming podcast ideas with her husband.

He has honed his craft in acclaimed establishments such as Restaurant Jordnær in Denmark and Oriole in Chicago, bringing a refined, global perspective to every dish he creates.
Since 2023, Adam has served as a private chef for families, where he applies his deep understanding of nutrition, dietary customization, and kitchen efficiency to create personalized, family-friendly meals. He is skilled in menu planning, grocery sourcing, discreet service, and accommodating dietary restrictions with creativity and care. With a strong foundation from the Culinary Institute of America, Adam blends classical technique with modern sensibility, always prioritizing excellence, consistency, and hospitality in every environment.

Chef Nick is a seasoned personal chef with over two decades of culinary experience spanning fine dining, private events, and executive hospitality. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, he previously owned his own chef company, where he crafted personalized, high-end dining experiences for clients in their homes and at special event venues. Nick’s career includes serving as an executive chef for a private estate, managing cross-country culinary services in unique settings like private train cars, and leading Food Outreach’s culinary team to produce over 250,000 nutritious meals annually.
Known for his expertise in diverse cuisines and his ability to tailor meals to specific dietary needs, Nick brings creativity, professionalism, and a deep passion for food to every table he serves.
In his free time, Chef Nick is a certified scuba instructor who enjoys teaching others how to dive, and a docent at the local zoo, where he shares his love for wildlife and conservation.

With an undergraduate degree and dietetic internship completed at Seton Hill University, Molly pursued her passion further by obtaining a Master’s of Science in Nutrition. She joined A Perfect Fit in 2019 as their second personal chef, bringing her expertise and culinary flair to the company.
Since then, Molly has helped numerous clients achieve quality nutrition through gourmet cooking.
Despite retiring from athletics, Molly maintains her active lifestyle through activities like weight training and hiking. Recently, she and her husband joyously welcomed a baby boy into their family, adding a new dimension of joy to their lives.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and Missouri State University, she combines culinary expertise with precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on wellness-driven cooking.
Skylar loves helping families enjoy restaurant-quality meals at home while making healthy eating approachable and enjoyable.
In her free time, Skylar loves visiting classic St. Louis venues like the Fox, Muny and Botanical Gardens.

Chef Bethany is a dynamic and highly versatile personal chef. She brings extensive experience in large-scale catering and private events through her work with Butler’s Pantry. She has contributed to pastry production for events ranging from intimate gatherings to 2,000-person functions.
As the previous owner and operator of Sweetbea’s Bakery, Bethany channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into crafting custom cakes, pastries, and desserts for weddings, events, and pop-ups.
Beyond her professional achievements, Chef Bethany is known for the genuine relationships she builds with her clients—many of whom come to see her as part of the family. She doesn’t just create meals, but experiences that bring people together. She especially loves teaching kids cooking classes, making the kitchen a fun, engaging space where families can connect.

Chef Trent is a culinary virtuoso with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from SIUC, complemented by training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in California.
His culinary journey has taken him through the gastronomic landscapes of Napa Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Nashville, where he honed his craft by hosting private dinner parties and orchestrating high-end catering events. Here, he showcased his talent for crafting diet-specific recipes and menus tailored to the discerning tastes of his clientele.
Chef Trent has been fortunate to embark on a culinary journey around the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures and cuisines. During his time in Taiwan, he had the privilege of teaching Culinary Arts, further enriching his culinary repertoire.
An advocate for farm-to-table dining, Chef Trent recently spearheaded initiatives to help his clients establish their own gardens, providing him with an array of fresh, organic ingredients to elevate his culinary creations. With his blend of culinary expertise and nutritional knowledge, Chef Trent continues to inspire and delight palates wherever he goes.
In his spare time, Chef Trent keeps himself engaged by delving into the world of fermentation and preservation. He finds joy in crafting an array of fermented and preserved products, including kombuchas, kimchis, and fruit roll-ups, showcasing his passion for culinary experimentation and innovation.

Chef Colby brings more than 15 years of culinary experience working in high-volume and fine dining kitchens throughout Texas.
As part of the team at A Perfect Fit, Chef Colby works directly with clients to create customized menus tailored to their individual dietary goals, preferences, and lifestyles. From weekly in-home meal preparation to elevated dining experiences, he combines creativity with precision to deliver meals that support both health and enjoyment.
In addition to his personalized meal services, Chef Colby also leads and executes private dinner parties and special events for A Perfect Fit clients throughout the Dallas area, creating memorable, restaurant-quality experiences in the comfort of their homes. With extensive experience in menu development, kitchen leadership, and high-quality food preparation, Chef Colby is passionate about delivering exceptional meals that align with each client’s unique needs.
Fun facts about Colby: he has cooked for two former presidents and love to work on DIY furniture projects in his free time.

Chef Niko is a talented and versatile personal chef with over a decade of hands-on experience in private chef services, luxury hospitality, and farm-to-table dining. He’s known for building strong relationships with his clients and creating customized, seasonal menus that are not only delicious but also fit a wide range of dietary needs and trends like keto, vegan, and gluten-free.
Before joining A Perfect Fit, Niko was the Sous Chef at the Grand Hyatt DFW, where he led a top-notch team at the #1 ranked Hyatt in America. While there, he helped launch sustainable kitchen practices and even started a fermentation program to reduce waste and boost flavor.
Niko’s career started at Walt Disney World’s Signature Dining, where he sharpened his technical skills, mentored teammates, and became an expert at creating allergy-friendly dishes without compromising quality.
He’s passionate about making memorable dining experiences, staying organized and flexible, and always bringing a creative, community-driven approach to everything he does.
In his free time, Niko loves working out, fishing, and hiking — especially anywhere with mountain views. One day, he hopes to move to Spain and chase his culinary dreams.

Casey founded her own catering company in 2020 and brings a wealth of expertise in recipe development, advanced cooking techniques, and stunning plating and presentation.
Chef Casey is known for her exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, Casey is passionate about crafting delicious, high-quality dishes that delight and satisfy every member of your household.

Chef Melissa Espino is a highly skilled personal chef with a passion for creating elevated, personalized dining experiences rooted in both flavor and nutrition. With a diverse international background and over a decade of experience in hospitality and culinary arts, Melissa brings a refined yet approachable style to every kitchen she enters.
Formally trained in pastry arts in Buenos Aires, Melissa pairs her technical expertise with a strong foundation in hospitality and human resources, allowing her to deliver not only exceptional meals but also seamless, high-level service. Her career spans roles from Chef de Cuisine in the Dominican Republic to working in the prestigious kitchen of the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston.
Since 2018, Melissa has served as a private chef in Houston, where she specializes in customized menu development, accommodating dietary needs, and executing everything from intimate family meals to large-scale events. Known for her attention to detail, creativity, and discretion, she excels at managing all aspects of the in-home dining experience—from sourcing premium ingredients to maintaining impeccably organized kitchens.
Fun fact about Melissa: She has lived in 5 countries, can speak 4 languages, and played golf in high school.
