Meet the Team

  • Founder

    As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Rachael developed a deep understanding of human movement and physiology.

    While working as a fitness professional and personal chef, Rachael recognized a growing demand for gourmet cooking paired with quality nutrition. This insight inspired her to establish A Perfect Fit, a service dedicated to providing personalized nutrition through the art of gourmet cooking.

    Rachael is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve holistic well-being and regularly shares the message of a healthy lifestyle through various platforms and engagements across the nation.

    Residing in St. Louis, Missouri, Rachael shares her home with her husband and their two energetic boys. During her leisure hours, you'll often find her at the gym, lifting weights, or out on the turf, training her sons in various athletic pursuits.

    Recently, Rachael has discovered a new passion: educating parents about the profound impact of nutrition on a child's development. She channels this enthusiasm into creating cooking videos featuring herself and her sons, sharing valuable insights and practical tips with fellow parents.

    Chef Liz is a culinary luminary, having earned her Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Her culinary journey has taken her to the kitchens of four-star restaurants spanning Connecticut, Florida, and Illinois, where she refined her craft and earned accolades for her culinary prowess.

    Additionally, Chef Liz has left her mark as a private chef and caterer in New York, serving distinguished clientele on famous estates.

    Her expertise extends beyond traditional culinary realms, as she adeptly navigates various dietary needs and restrictions, including Whole 30, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and more. Collaborating closely with our dietitian, Chef Liz plays a pivotal role in crafting A Perfect Fit's monthly menus, ensuring that each dish not only tantalizes the taste buds but also aligns seamlessly with our clients' dietary preferences and goals. Her dedication to culinary excellence and commitment to personalized service make her an invaluable asset to our team.

    In 2022, Chef Liz and her fiancé made the exciting decision to relocate to St. Louis, bringing along their beloved Springer Spaniel, Olive, and their sleek black cat, Frank. Since their move, Olive and Frank have quickly taken a shine to their new home city, embracing the sights, sounds, and smells of St. Louis with boundless enthusiasm.

    Chef Kelly is the visionary creator and former owner of a celebrated gluten-free bakery and café recognized on a national scale. With over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, she has not only worked in but successfully managed three commercial kitchens of her own.

    Her passion for sharing culinary knowledge extends beyond the confines of her own kitchen, as she has imparted her expertise through teaching cooking classes at the esteemed Dierbergs School of Cooking.

    Chef Kelly's culinary prowess shines brightest in her ability to adapt menus to meet specific dietary needs without compromising on taste. She has a knack for transforming ingredients into mouthwatering dishes that cater to various dietary restrictions and preferences.

    Moreover, Chef Kelly is a fervent advocate for sustainable food practices, guiding her clients in maintaining foodscapes and utilizing local produce to craft delectable meals bursting with flavor and freshness. Her dedication to creating delicious, nourishing cuisine has made her a beloved figure in both the culinary and health-conscious communities alike.

    Chef Kelly, who has been gluten-free for 18 years, finds joy in creating celiac-friendly special treats for her son, ensuring that he doesn't miss out on delicious indulgences despite dietary restrictions.

    Chef Culley graduated from Sullivan University with a degree in Culinary Arts and later obtained a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Missouri.

    With over 18 years in the culinary industry, Chef Culley has worked across various regions, including Missouri, Louisville, Boston, and Minnesota, enriching his expertise with diverse flavors and techniques.

    Recently, Chef Culley served as the esteemed chef of St. Louis City SC, where he was tasked with ensuring adequate sports nutrition for over 100 athletes daily.

    With a profound love for grilling, Chef Culley finds joy in the simplicity and artistry of cooking over an open flame. His culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in food science, culinary techniques, and food education, driving his continuous quest for culinary excellence.

    Beyond the kitchen, Culley leads an active lifestyle, enjoying running, playing soccer, and engaging in outdoor activities.

    A dedicated sports enthusiast, Culley ardently supports all St. Louis teams, with a special affinity for the Cardinals and City SC.

    Kristin is a dedicated chef with a passion for crafting healthy and delicious recipes. With a firm belief in the importance of balancing fresh and flavorful ingredients, she continuously innovates to keep meals exciting and satisfying for all the senses.

    Armed with degrees in hospitality and restaurant management, as well as culinary arts, she brings a wealth of expertise to her culinary creations.

    Kristin firmly believes that life is too short to miss out on the joy of both delicious and nutritious meals. From the stove to the plate, she is here to inspire your next culinary adventure.

    Chef Jakob is a distinguished Culinary Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, renowned for his expertise in the culinary arts. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills at numerous high-end restaurants across Missouri and Illinois, gaining invaluable experience and mastering his craft.

    Passionate about healthy cuisine, Chef Jakob delights in curating bespoke menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients for his clients. With a keen understanding of nutrition and flavor, he effortlessly combines creativity and wellness in his culinary creations.

    In an exciting personal milestone, Jakob is currently planning his wedding, adding an extra layer of joy and anticipation to his already vibrant life.

  • Culinary Expert, Registered Dietitian

    With an undergraduate degree and dietetic internship completed at Seton Hill University, Molly pursued her passion further by obtaining a Master’s of Science in Nutrition. She joined A Perfect Fit in 2019 as their second personal chef, bringing her expertise and culinary flair to the company.

    Since then, Molly has helped numerous clients achieve quality nutrition through gourmet cooking.

    Despite retiring from athletics, Molly maintains her active lifestyle through activities like weight training and hiking. Recently, she and her husband joyously welcomed a baby boy into their family, adding a new dimension of joy to their lives.

  • Culinary Expert, Registered Dietitian

    Leanne is a registered and licensed dietitian, as well as a trained professional chef. She earned her bachelor's degree from Johnson & Wales University and boasts over ten years of experience in healthcare food service management, specializing in catering to individuals with diverse dietary needs, including heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, food allergies, paleo, and ketogenic diets.

    Utilizing her culinary and dietetics background, Leanne meticulously reviews all menus for A Perfect Fit, ensuring they meet stringent nutrition standards.

    When she's not creating culinary delights in the kitchen, Leanne enjoys spending time with her two toddler boys and her husband, exploring the various playgrounds of St. Louis. A fun fact about Leanne is that although she hails from Missouri, she has also lived in Miami, Denver, and Tucson. Adding to the family dynamic, she shares her home with a charming miniature schnauzer named Nelson.

    Angela's journey in the culinary world began with a decade-long dedication to mastering the art of southern hospitality in scratch kitchens and upscale restaurants throughout the Dallas area. However, after relocating to St. Louis in 2018 to pursue a career as an early intervention therapist at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, Angela found herself longing to return to her culinary roots.

    In 2020, Angela reignited her passion for food by transitioning into a role as a personal chef, offering customized dining experiences, meal preparation services, and teaching pasta making classes at the esteemed Kitchen Conservatory.

    Now, as a proud mother of a beautiful baby girl, Angela brings a nutritionally wholesome mindset to her culinary endeavors, especially when preparing meals for A Perfect Fit families.

    Since joining A Perfect Fit in 2021, Angela has found immense fulfillment in her role as a chef, particularly in her ability to bring families together around the dinner table. She takes pride in stocking client fridges with nourishing meals and snacks for the week, helping families maintain a healthy and harmonious lifestyle.

  • Culinary Expert

    Chef Trent is a culinary virtuoso with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from SIUC, complemented by training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in California.

    His culinary journey has taken him through the gastronomic landscapes of Napa Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Nashville, where he honed his craft by hosting private dinner parties and orchestrating high-end catering events. Here, he showcased his talent for crafting diet-specific recipes and menus tailored to the discerning tastes of his clientele.

    Chef Trent has been fortunate to embark on a culinary journey around the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures and cuisines. During his time in Taiwan, he had the privilege of teaching Culinary Arts, further enriching his culinary repertoire.

    An advocate for farm-to-table dining, Chef Trent recently spearheaded initiatives to help his clients establish their own gardens, providing him with an array of fresh, organic ingredients to elevate his culinary creations. With his blend of culinary expertise and nutritional knowledge, Chef Trent continues to inspire and delight palates wherever he goes.

    In his spare time, Chef Trent keeps himself engaged by delving into the world of fermentation and preservation. He finds joy in crafting an array of fermented and preserved products, including kombuchas, kimchis, and fruit roll-ups, showcasing his passion for culinary experimentation and innovation.
